The proof is that if you select a certain part of the level from the main carte, the loading is almost instant (less than 3 seconds) but if y'all showtime from the first, you have the unskippable "loading" cutscene that takes sometimes minutes. The computer has nix to do with it. That's why nosotros've been waiting for a fix for months.

Thats ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, if y'all load from the bill of fare a checkpoint, it takes but a couple secs. The game forces you to picket the cine.
I dubiousness R* gonna set this since they are not gonna provide more support for this game. We volition have to await for some kind of mod.
Honestly i reinstalled the game just to take fun, but since im in a different estimator and game has no steam cloud im forced to watch the f*** 5 mins intro and "relish" the tutorials plus beginning from zero. And so i simply uninstalled the game and dont give 2 ♥♥♥♥♥ about it. I loved it just once you crush information technology (in my case a couple times) and dont care much near the plot its a hurting in the ass to play because the countless cinematics. I promise R* learned the difference between Games and Films.
That's exactly what I mean. I would similar to practice the game again but honestly I can't stand the cinematics anymore.
how much of the cutscene do you guys take to sit through and so? it takes maybe x seconds of cutscene so the "skip" push comes up and i can skip information technology. i don't have the best pc in the world though.
Some are instand skipable just even running on SSD you have to wait minutes on some.
and then are we mostly talking about the in-game ones or the bik files? i just tried that play a joke on of using blank bik files or just deleting them and it sort of works simply you lose the hud.
Aye I tried that play a joke on a couple of months ago but you indeed lose the hud which makes it very hard during the quick-time events where you have to shoot precise points.

i run into what you mean at present, i but play score set on and challenge modes since i finished the story then i haven't been through information technology again.
Unfortunately, most settings and cheats are non available outside of story style (unlimited ammo, bullet time on each kill, etc).
I tried to remove the .bik but my game just crashes when i do that, even tried to merely stay with the Logos (startup stuff) and and then the game starts but when i end with the current mission it just crashes.
If you get it to work im guessing you should exit the once named overlay something to still have a hud.
Anyway, most videos are non bik files simply rendered in-game.
The cutscenes have naught to exercise with actual game loading -- just accept a expect at the HDD LED during cutscenes: unless you have some background processes using the disk, nothing's going on. This is ridiculous, especially when you lot replay the game.
Story has always been integral to the Max Payne game experience. I accept played and replayed the game and I withal enjoy every bit of it, including the cutscenes, which are a welcome respite from mayhem. Even the opening ane, with Max getting drunk and great the frame of his family moving picture only makes me think back to game i and the awsomeness that allowed Rockstar to develop this truly bright edition. Gripers and moaners should just drinkable, take painkillers, and stay off forums: information technology's non very interesting hearing the same ♥♥♥♥ over and over again: information technology's worse than sitting through cutscenes in whatsoever game.
